How the Coverage Works
Coverage must be in force for at least 10 months prior to delivery for maternity benefits to be payable.
Hospital Pay
Receive up to $5,000, paid directly to you on the first day you are hospitalized for childbirth. You choose your benefit amount.
Daily Benefit
Receive up to $750 per day for each additional day you remain hospitalized after delivery.
Benefits are paid in addition to other insurance, including disability coverage. Funds can be used for any purpose.
